My name is Devon Kelsey, co-owner of Elite Exterior Care. I grew up right here in Lee’s Summit, and I helped start this company because I saw a need for dependable property care services that people in our community could trust without having to think twice. Within the company, I focus on customer experience, communication, financial operations, and helping build the systems that allow our team to deliver reliable service every time.
To me, the customer experience matters just as much as the final result. Whether we’re helping maintain a cleaner home environment, freshening up outdoor spaces, or taking care of the dirty work most people would rather avoid, my goal is to make sure every customer feels respected, informed, and confident they chose the right team.

My name is Kaleb Oelberg, co-owner of Elite Exterior Care. For the past 12 years, my background has taken me through both the construction and IT fields, giving me a unique perspective on what it takes to build something that is both practical and dependable. I’ve learned the value of hard work, efficient systems, clear processes, and solving problems before they become bigger issues for the customer.
At Elite Exterior Care, my focus is on the technical side of the business, daily operations, company culture, and long-term strategy. I want to help build a company that runs with purpose, treats people well, and continues to improve as we grow. To me, great service starts behind the scenes with the right systems, the right team, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
