  • You can book directly through our website or contact our Care Team if you have questions before scheduling.

  • In many cases, no. As long as we have access to the area we’re servicing, we can take care of the job while you’re away. For indoor services or anything requiring special access, we’ll coordinate the details with you ahead of time.

  • Most customers choose weekly service to keep their yard clean and manageable. Depending on the number of dogs and yard size, we may recommend a different schedule.

  • Yes. We can handle homes with one dog or multiple dogs. Pricing may vary depending on the number of pets and the condition of the yard.

  • We collect and dispose of the waste properly so you can enjoy a cleaner yard without dealing with the mess.

  • Trash bins can hold odors, bacteria, grime, and residue even after trash pickup. Professional bin cleaning helps keep them fresher, cleaner, and less unpleasant to store near your home.

  • Many customers schedule monthly or seasonal cleanings, but it depends on how often your bins are used and how quickly odors build up.

  • Our litter box cleaning service is designed to help keep your cat’s area fresher, cleaner, and more manageable. Exact service details can be confirmed when booking.

  • This depends on the service setup. We can clarify what is included and what, if anything, you need to provide before your appointment.

  • Over time, grills collect grease, food buildup, and grime that can affect both appearance and performance. A professional cleaning helps your grill look better and feel ready for your next cookout.

  • For regular grill users, a deep cleaning at least once or twice a year is a good idea, especially before heavy use during warmer months.

  • Power washing is commonly used for driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other durable outdoor surfaces. We’ll make sure the surface is appropriate before starting the job.

  • If done incorrectly, yes. That’s why we use the right approach for the surface being cleaned and take care not to use unnecessary pressure where it doesn’t belong.

  • We currently operate without a water tank for our power washing jobs. This allows us to pass the savings onto our customers. This also means that we do not currently service homes/businesses without a water connection for our machines.

  • Pricing depends on the service, property size, condition, and frequency. The best way to get accurate pricing is to book online or contact our Care Team for details.

  • Yes, recurring service is a great option for customers who want consistent upkeep without having to remember to book each time.

  • Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to find another time that works.

  • Currently all of our Christmas lights booking are done through either a call to our care team, or by filling out our contact form.

  • Yes, we do allow renting of our Christmas lights. The benefits of this include you can choose different light colors every year, and it will cost less than the initial cost to purchase the lights. We will take the lights back at the end of the season and store them, for the ability to rehang the next year.

  • Yes, we do install permanent lighting. We recommend Govee lights as the brand to choose for permanent lighting. This is the brand we install the most, but will install any brand by a reputable manufacturer.

  • This service will include custom cut lights to fit the desired roofline of your house. It will also include light maintenance such as if the wind blows down a strand of lights. We will also come out at the start of the year to take down your lights. If you purchase the lights, we offer the option to store them for you for an additional cost.
